To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please provide us with the original order number and reason for return. Shipping fees for returned items will be the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your item, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

If you received a damaged or defective item or received the wrong item, we will exchange it for you. Please provide us with the original order number and a photo of the damaged/defective/wrong item.
