CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Gentle cleaning: When cleaning, always choose a gentle method. A soft brush or vacuum cleaner with an attached brush can be used to remove loose dirt or debris. By doing this, you can easily prevent particles from embedding in the fabric.
• Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Please avoid using harsh chemicals or bleach. Because using them results in fading or weakening of the fabric. Use mild, environmentally friendly detergents that are safe for delicate materials.
• Hand Washing: Always try to hand wash the cushion covers. Fill a bowl with lukewarm water and a mild detergent. Gently soak the covers in soapy water, then rinse thoroughly. Instead of wringing or twisting the fabric, gently squeeze out excess water. twisting the fabric can cause the cotton to stretch or distort.
• Machine Washing: If you do use the washing machine, ensure that you use a gentle cycle.
• Stain Cleaning: Take immediate action to prevent stains or spills before they set into the fabric. Gently wipe the affected area with a soft and clean cloth or sponge and a mild detergent mixed with water. Avoid rubbing, which can spread the stain and damage the fabric.
• Air drying: Please do not tumble dry, as this can lead to shrinking. Dry the cushion cover naturally in a shaded area. Avoid direct sunlight, which can fade colours and weaken the fabric. Make sure the surfaces are completely dry before putting them back on the cushions.
• Iron: Start with a low heat as all irons have different temperatures, a low to medium heat should suffice.

Returns If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please provide us with the original order number and reason for return. Shipping fees for returned items will be the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your item, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

If you received a damaged or defective item or received the wrong item, we will exchange it for you. Please provide us with the original order number and a photo of the damaged/defective/wrong item.
