Please be advised: All insert shells are measured flat before they are filled. Once filled, the corners pull in approximately 2cm; therefore, on a 45cm cushion for a plumper look, choose a 50cm insert; for a flatter look, choose a 45cm insert.

While we do accept returns we do not cover the postage cost if you order the wrong size, so please check your cushion size properly.

EASY 30 DAY REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or exchange an item.

Returns If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please provide us with the original order number and reason for return. Shipping fees for returned items will be the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your item, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item or received the wrong item, we will exchange it for you. Please provide us with the original order number and a photo of the damaged/defective/wrong item.
