We currently ship worldwide with the postage calculated automatically on the website (see the free shipping thresholds below).

 

For bulky items and furniture

We do not ship overseas.

Free shipping does not apply, for furniture shipped in Australia, a quote is required for the specific items and your address- please email us at info@revivedartisan.com.au

If your order is under the free shipping amount, then the cost will be based on the weight of the item's and your location.

 You can view the estimated shipping cost at checkout before submitting your order.

Please note:

In rare cases, due to order size, weight, or location, we may be unable to ship to certain addresses, or the postage may be higher than stated. If this occurs, we will notify you within 24 hours and give you the opportunity to either pay the additional postage or receive a full refund. We appreciate your understanding.


 

Shipping Provider and Time Frames

Our standard shipping method is via Auspost or Courier (Aramex, DHL and Couriers Please, etc)  which typically takes 3 to 5 days within Australia, 3 to 10 days to New Zealand and up to 7-14 days for other countries.

Peak-period parcels can take longer.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package's progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
