We want to make sure that you receive your items quickly and safely, so we have outlined our shipping policy below.

Important Shipping Rules

  • Furniture & Bulky Items: We do not ship furniture or bulky items overseas. However, international customers may arrange their own third-party freight shipping. For furniture shipped within Australia, free shipping does not apply. A custom delivery quote is required based on the specific items and your address; please email us at info@revivedartisan.com.au.
  • Standard Orders: Items like cushions, throws, and smaller home decor pieces are fully eligible for global delivery.
  • Taxes & Border Fees: We do not collect international VAT, GST, or customs fees at checkout. Your local delivery service or customs authority will charge any applicable VAT and handling fees in your country prior to your parcel being delivered or collected.

Country-Specific Tax & Order Threshold Warnings

Disclaimer: By placing an international order, you acknowledge that you are responsible for researching and paying any applicable VAT, GST, or customs duties required by your local country's authorities, when the parcel arrives in your country. Local tax percentages and duty thresholds fluctuate frequently; while we endeavor to provide accurate guidance, we cannot guarantee the exact rates listed on our site. Revived Artisan Eco Home Decor is not liable for accurate international tax data, nor for packages delayed, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid border fees.

America (United States):
To comply with strict US import laws, all required US customs duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and prepaid by the seller via Zonos prior to dispatch. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

Canada: Commercial orders over $20 CAD (approx. $22 AUD) are subject to Canada's local sales tax (5% to 15% GST/HST depending on the province) plus a standard Canada Post handling fee, payable by the buyer upon arrival.

European Union (Austria, Belgium, Germany, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Poland, etc.)

We do not collect European VAT at checkout. All commercial shipments entering the EU are subject to local import VAT (ranging from 19% to 25% depending on your country) and a courier handling fee upon arrival. Orders over €150 (approx. $240 AUD) will incur additional customs duties.

Hong Kong: Hong Kong is a free port. There is 0% VAT/GST and no general customs duties on home decor. Packages will clear customs cleanly and be delivered with no hidden border fees.

Japan: Orders under ¥10,000 JPY (approx. $100 AUD) pass through customs entirely tax-free. Orders exceeding this amount are subject to Japan's standard 10% import Consumption Tax and a local courier handling fee.

New Zealand

  • Orders under $1,000 NZD: Pass through customs entirely tax-free. Since we are a small boutique business operating under New Zealand's low-volume seller threshold, we do not collect NZ GST at checkout, and orders under this limit are delivered straight to your door with no border fees.
  • Orders over $1,000 NZD will be stopped at the border by New Zealand Customs. The recipient will be contacted by the courier to pay a 15% GST, applicable customs duties, and fixed entry transaction fees before the package can be released.

Norway: A mandatory 25% import fee is collected by local authorities (Posten Norge) based on the total value of the goods plus shipping. This must be paid before you can collect or receive your package.🇸🇬 Singapore

  • Orders under $400 SGD: Typically pass through customs tax-free and will be delivered straight to your door.
  • Orders over $400 SGD: Will incur Singapore’s standard 9% GST plus a courier handling fee, payable directly to the shipping courier by the recipient prior to delivery.

Russia: Orders under €200 (approx. $320 AUD) are completely tax-free. Orders exceeding this threshold incur a 15% customs fee applied only to the amount over the limit, payable by the recipient upon arrival.

Singapore: Orders under $400 SGD typically pass through customs tax-free. Orders over $400 SGD will incur Singapore’s standard 9% GST plus a courier handling fee, payable directly to the shipping courier by the recipient prior to delivery.

South Korea

  • Orders under $150 USD: Pass through customs tax-free for personal imports.
  • Orders over $150 USD: The recipient will be required to pay 10% VAT plus any applicable customs duties to the courier service before the package can be delivered.

Sweden

All orders are subject to local 25% VAT/MOMS and a PostNord handling fee (approx. 75–125 SEK) upon arrival. Orders over €150 will incur additional customs duties. All border fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Switzerland

Orders under 62 CHF (approx. $85 AUD) are tax-free. Orders over this amount incur an 8.1% Swiss VAT plus a local postal handling fee (approx. 11.50–16.00 CHF) payable by the buyer upon delivery.

United Kingdom

Due to strict tax regulations, we only accept website orders over £135 GBP (approx. $260 AUD). Orders under this amount will be automatically cancelled and refunded. Orders over £135 GBP will be processed normally, and your local courier will contact you to collect the standard 20% UK VAT and handling fees upon arrival.

United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  • Orders under 300 AED (approx. $125 AUD): Typically pass through customs tax-free and duty-free under local low-value personal exemption rules.
  • Orders over 300 AED are subject to a standard 5% UAE customs duty and a 5% local import VAT calculated on the total landed cost (item value plus shipping). We do not collect these fees at checkout; your local courier or delivery service will contact you to collect these taxes and a standard processing fee prior to delivery.

 

Please Note:

In rare cases, due to order size, weight, or remote location, we may be unable to ship to certain addresses, or the postage may be higher than stated. If this occurs, we will notify you within 24 hours and give you the opportunity to either pay the additional postage or receive a full refund. We appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Provider and Time Frames

Our standard shipping method is via Australia Post or Couriers (Aramex, DHL, Couriers Please, etc.).

  • Within Australia: 3 to 5 business days
  • To New Zealand: 3 to 10 business days
  • International (Rest of World): 7 to 14 business days
  • Please note that peak-period parcels (such as holidays) can take longer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package's progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Local Pick Up

We offer free local pickup at our physical location: Nakina St, Southport, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.
