Furniture with a past. Crafted for a lifetime.

Where We Begin — The Timber

Every piece of Revived Artisan furniture starts with a story already written in the wood. We source reclaimed elm from old-growth structures — barns, homesteads, and heritage buildings — giving timber that has weathered decades a second, more beautiful life. The grain, the knots, the subtle colour variation: these aren't imperfections. They're the character that no new-cut timber can replicate.

The Handmade Process

Our artisans work with each slab individually, reading the timber before a single cut is made. Joinery is traditional, finishes are hand-applied, and every piece is built to the proportions of the space it will live in. There are no production lines here — only craftspeople who take pride in work that will outlast trends.

Our Commitment to Sustainability

Choosing reclaimed elm is one of the most sustainable decisions a furniture buyer can make. No new trees are felled. Embodied energy stays in the material. And a piece that lasts generations never ends up in landfill. We believe beautiful design and environmental responsibility aren't in tension — they're the same thing.

The Coastal Artisan Aesthetic

Our design language draws from the relaxed elegance of coastal living — the bleached tones of driftwood, the warmth of natural linen, the unhurried confidence of a Hamptons interior. Reclaimed elm sits perfectly in this world: organic, tactile, and quietly luxurious. Whether it's a statement buffet or a bedside table, each piece is designed to anchor a room without overwhelming it.

Revived Artisan — Made to Last

We're a small, owner-operated studio based in Queensland Australia and stand behind every piece we make. If you'd like to see the timber in person, visit our showroom or get in touch — we'd love to talk through your space.
