Ordering Procedure

Processing of your Order

www.revivedartisan.com.au will not process your order until full payment for the order (cleared funds) has been received by www.revivedartisan.com.au.

In the event that a product is out of stock www.revivedartisan.com.au will contact you by email or phone and give you an indication as to the availability and an anticipated delivery time.

If you have paid for a products/s that have subsequently sold out or are not available and you do not wish to proceed with your order you will be offered a full refund.
Colour of Products
www.revivedartisan.com.au takes care to ensure we provide accurate colour descriptions and images, however there may be reasons why the colour of your products on delivery is not as depicted on your screen.

Colours of products displayed on your computer monitor may vary from the actual colour of the products you are purchasing, due to the high variance in colours utilized by computer monitors.

Many products are hand-made and there may be variance in colour or pattern for this reason. Products where this may occur have this noted on the products description.

Payment
All www.revivedartisan.com.au online payments are processed using Stripe. Your privacy and the security of your information is of paramount importance to us.
Refund Policy
1. Damaged in Transit
Revivedartisan.com carries transit insurance to protect customer’s purchases, when products are damaged in transit. However where you have signed for products without outlining any faults or damage then these products may not be covered by transit insurance.
You must inspect your products upon delivery and outline any faults or damage on the delivery note before signing it.
You must ask the driver to initial your remarks and if possible, please take a photo of the damage immediately following the delivery.
You must notify Revivedartisan.com of any faulty or damaged products within 24 hours of receipt of your purchase: info@revivedartisan.com.au
Failure to do so will mean the transit policy will be voided.
Once Revivedartisan.com.au has received your advice of a faulty or damaged product we will liaise directly with you to resolve this issue.
2. Products with Manufacturers Damage, Fault/Flaw
If you detect a manufacturer’s fault with a product you must notify Revivedartisan.com.au within 7 days. You will be offered a replacement product if available. If a replacement product is not available you will be offered a similar product at a similar price or a refund. A refund is not available if a replacement product is available. You are not eligible for a refund should a fault not be reported within 7 days.
3. Delivery of incorrect Product
Please contact Revivedartisan.com.au within 24 hours of delivery of an incorrect product. We will arrange for the collection of the incorrect product and delivery of the correct product. You will not incur any additional costs in this circumstance. Your replacement product will be delivered to you within the normal delivery time frame for that product.
4. Product Returns
Revivedartisan.com.au will not accept the return of products that are damaged by you (accidentally or otherwise) following delivery or are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear over time.
5. Payment Method for Refunds
You accept that all refunds will be provided to you by electronic funds transfer to your nominated account or in any other way decided at the discretion of Revivedartisan.com.au
Pricing, GST and Taxes
All prices displayed on the website are exclusive of Products and Services Tax (GST). All purchases delivered in Australia will incur the standards 10% GST.
Prices of products and any charges and taxes displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. All prices shown on this website are in $AUD (Australian Dollars).
It will be your responsibility to pay any other taxes, duties or liabilities that may be imposed by any governmental agency, including without limitation, any customs duty, products and services taxes, or any valued added tax imposed on any products or services ordered by you from the Revivedartisan.com.au website.
Changes to Pricing
Revivedartisan.com.au makes every effort to ensure that pricing is correct and up to date. In the event that the price of your purchase/s is higher than that quoted on Revivedartisan.com.au website you will be contacted by email or phone to advise of such change and gain your permission to proceed with the order. Should you not wish to proceed with your order you will be offered a full refund.
Delivery Information
You must provide Revivedartisan.com.au with a delivery address where deliveries can be made during normal business hours from Monday to Friday. A post office box address cannot be accepted.
Delivery Instructions
You must provide clear delivery instructions within the “Special Delivery Instructions” area of the checkout. It is imperative that you provide Revivedartisan.com.au with any special delivery details relating to your delivery address. Should your delivery address be in an apartment block, high rise building, block of units or flats or have restricted access you must notify us so that special arrangements can be made if necessary.
Delivery Times
If your order contains multiple products then individual products may be back ordered.
In most cases delivery should be completed with 21 days of placement of your order, depending on where you live.
To ensure that your products are delivered safely to your delivery address it is advisable to have someone there to be able to sign for the products. Your contact details and phone numbers are passed onto Revivedartisan.com.au logistic companies and they are requested to contact you in advance to advise of the anticipated date and approximate time of delivery.
Revivedartisan.com.au will do everything possible to request that the logistic company contacts you in advance, but unfortunately Revivedartisan.com cannot be held responsible if the logistic company do not facilitate such a contact.
Receipt of Delivery
Before signing as having received the products in good order please unpack and check the product/s for any faults or damages. If you have any concerns you must make the appropriate notes on the delivery cart note before signing it and asking the driver to initial your remarks, if possible. Please take a photo of the fault or damage immediately following the delivery, as specified in the Refund Policy section.
